That was exactly my point... I was entirely conscious of my usage of the word. Given Tim's current location, I figured he would only be running into assholes :)

I already answered - I was just out on my run and thinking about the difficulties people have interacting with businesses or other people. I spend a lot of my day thinking about how people think and react so it was just another reflection based on that.
